Will be making work for Preston Singletary again this May, working on small components and figures for his larger rattles and canoe shapes.

Just spent the past 3 days working with Preston to make another artists work in glass. Harlan Reano. Tranlated his figurative ceramic work into blown sculpted glass.

Added new photos taken by Dan Fox of Lumina Studio. Pieces using flat cane that were originally based off of stained glass windows, using transparency and light with hard black outlines. The work slowly evolved into more of a 2 dimentional fabric pattern on the surface of the glass treated more like a painting or a print. The hands were either sculpted hot like my traditional work, made using flat sheet glass incorporated into the design to make them 2 dimentional, or made of flat sheet glass placed on the surface in relief.
